Bin Chute Section
Bin Chute Sections are an integral part of the Bin Chute assembly. Bin Chutes are commonly used on construction sites and building projects to facilitate the safe and convenient disposal of waste materials into containers or skips from elevated positions.
These sections are attached to either Top Hoppers or Side Entry Hoppers to form the complete Bin Chute assembly. Hoppers serve as the points of deposit for rubbish, while Chute Sections enable the descent of waste, collecting at the bottom until it is emptied.
Bin Chute Systems are offered in three standard sizes: 20 inches (Red), 22 inches (Yellow), and 30 inches (Black).

Each Bin Chute Section is meticulously crafted using premium MDPE and HDPE materials, employing a one-piece moulding technique. The channelled top rim ensures that each chute maintains its shape even under heavy loads. All components exhibit exceptional resistance to abrasion, ensuring durability and structural integrity during adverse weather conditions.
To enhance the stability and safety of your system, we recommend the use of Fixing Frames. It is advisable to employ one Fixing Frame for every 10 sections in your setup. These frames securely fasten the Bin Chute Sections, preventing the risk of system collapse at elevated heights—a crucial aspect of maintaining health and safety standards. Standard Fixing Frames are typically employed in conjunction with scaffolding, while Window Fixing Frames are designed to attach to building windows.
Bin Chute Sections have been thoughtfully designed for practicality, allowing for easy stacking during storage and transportation for future projects. Additionally, each section is supplied with brackets, chains, and wire rope fixings, facilitating effortless assembly. Additional wires and chains can be purchased separately as supplementary parts.

20" System:
Our most popular rubbish chute system and is ideal for situations where a rigid system isn't practical – it comes supplied with brackets and chains to securely link each component.
22" System:
This semi-rigid rubbish chute system provides extra strength minimises the amount of debris. Components are tapered at one end and with an increased diameter on the other for blockage prevention and to increase durability. Comes supplied with wire rope and carbine clips.
30" System:
Our largest rubbish chute system is best for large waste disposal debris that would potentially get stuck in smaller chutes. Its larger diameter allows bulky materials to be disposed of easily. Comes supplied with wire rope and carbine clips.
