Dirt Trap Mats are self-adhesive plastic sheets that contain dirt and dust during renovation and fit out work. Removing the dust, dirt, and debris from wheeled and pedestrian traffic the tacky mat contains peel away layers coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive. This pressure sensitive adhesive protected dust and dirt from being transferred to clean ‘non-working’ areas. Once the layer gets soiled, the layer can be removed to provide a clean layer. Available in several types: Standard (1145mm x 457mm), Heavy Duty (610mm x 910mm) and With Frame (635mm x 788mm).

When working on building sites and renovation projects, dirt dust and debris collect up materials being fitted and cut to employees walking onto site. To prevent the contamination of the dirt and dust onto clean ground these dirt trap mats are placed as a counter measure against it.
These mats are tacky plastic sheets that are coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive. Once the top layer is soiled it can be removed to reveal a clean layer, saving time for cleaning at the end of a project.

30 numbered peel away layers for collecting dirt, dust, and debris. The mat has a removable self-adhesive layer on the underside so it can be securely fixed onto any clean floor surface.

36 peel away layers coated in a pressure sensitive adhesive. The mat has a rubber surround to give the product some weight to secure it in place

The frame that accompanies this dirt trap mat is a designed to create a system that is simple to use in any area such as those that do not allow direct adhesion to the flooring surface. The frames are constructed with a hard rigid polystyrene base material which when combined with a non-skid backing holds the mats securely in place on almost any surface.
