Introducing our range of Bolt Down RSJ-Posts, expertly designed to meet various requirements:
- 560mm: Tailored for warehouse protection, specifically where forklifts are frequently operated. It ensures robust defence in high-traffic industrial settings.
- 610mm: Ideal for low-risk car parks, providing secure protection against vehicles and ensuring a safe parking environment.
- 760mm: Our most popular standard Post, prized for its exceptional versatility. It offers superior protection against all vehicle types, including heavy goods vehicles (HGVs).
Installation is a breeze when setting up your Armco Safety Barrier system. Each Beam in your configuration necessitates the following components:
- 8 x Lap Bolts (M16 x 35mm): These sturdy bolts securely connect each beam, guaranteeing a durable and reliable structure.
- 1 x Post Bolt (M16 x 50mm): Crucial for attaching each beam to a post, providing stability and structural integrity.
- 4 x Floor Anchor Bolts (M16 x 120mm): If utilising Bolt Down Posts, these anchor bolts are indispensable for securely anchoring the system to the floor, enhancing overall strength.
- An additional Post at the end of your run: This post requires its own Post Bolt and Floor Anchor Bolts, particularly when using Bolt Down Posts.
- An additional set of 8 x Lap Bolts (M16 x 35mm) for end attachment: Choose between our Pedestrian Ends and Fish Tail Ends, based on your specific preferences.
