Installation Guide
To ensure a seamless installation of your Armco Safety Barrier set, it is necessary to procure several accompanying products for your Barrier System. Here are the components required for each Beam in your setup:

8 x Lap Bolts (M16 x 35mm): These bolts serve to securely connect each beam, ensuring a robust and stable structure.

1 x Post Bolt (M16 x 50mm): This essential bolt enables the attachment of each beam to a post, providing structural integrity and support.

4 x Floor Anchor Bolts (M16 x 120mm): If you opt for Bolt Down Posts, these anchor bolts are crucial for securely fastening the system to the floor, enhancing its overall stability.
In addition, please take note of the following specifications:

An extra Post is required at the end of your installation. Ensure it is equipped with its dedicated Post Bolt and Floor Anchor Bolts if you are utilising Bolt Down Posts.

To complete the end attachment, an additional set of 8 Lap Bolts (M16 x 35mm) is needed. Choose between our Pedestrian Ends and Fish Tail Ends based on your specific requirements.
