The RB2000 water filled barrier is simple to install and its hook and eye system allows for swift placement, making it ideal for fast-paced worksites and last-minute deployment. With its ease of use and flexibility, it finds relevance in a broad range of sectors, including construction, demolition, traffic management, and events.

Incorporating accessories such as mesh, mesh and hoarding, or solid clad hoarding, these water filled barriers can increase their original height of 1000mm by an additional 1120mm, serving as effective deterrents.

The RB2000 line extends beyond the barriers themselves, offering additional accessories such as pedestrian and vehicle gates, providing a wide variety of options to cater to unique situations.

Transportation and storage have been carefully considered in the revolutionary design. These lightweight barriers weigh a mere 35kg when empty and feature forklift guides at the base, allowing for easy forklift transportation. Six barriers can fit on a single pallet, enabling convenient storage.

Despite their robust nature, a single RB2000 barrier can be relocated by hand when emptied of water, requiring just two people to lift and move it. This flexibility is particularly advantageous when utilising the interlocking hook and eye system for permanent or semi-permanent purposes.

The interlocking connections provide increased positioning options, allowing the barriers to be set at 25° angles to navigate corners and uneven surfaces.

When filled with water, these barriers weigh an impressive 400kg, offering superior resistance and protection. They can withstand winds of up to 70mph, making them suitable for a wide range of scenarios.

The water filled barriers have undergone comprehensive testing, including MIRA wind tunnel tests, to ensure their suitability and performance in challenging conditions.

While the RB2000 is a remarkable barrier, it may not be as suitable for highway usage as the RB22 water filled crash barrier.

Made from polythene, these water filled barriers are not only effective for their intended purposes, but they are also environmentally friendly as they are recyclable.

The Plastic Water Filled Barriers are available for both purchase and hire. Each barrier is sold individually, with the listed cost accounting for one barrier. Additional extensions and end stops are also available for separate purchase, with options for galvanised and powder coat finishes.
