The RB2000 water filled barrier is an easy to install and versatile water filled separator capable of holding 365 litres of water.

Due to the incredible hook and eye system featured across the range, these water filled barriers allow for swift placement, making these water separators ideal for fast-paced worksites and last-minute deployment.

Suitable for a broad range of different sectors, the RB2000 is perfect for construction and demolition, traffic management, and events. Providing safety and security,
these water filled barriers act as excellent deterrents when combined with mesh, mesh and hoarding, or solid clad hoarding accessories adding 1120mm to their original height of 1000mm.

The RB2000 line doesn't end there, additional accessories include pedestrian and vehicle gates, providing a wide variety of options tailored to even the most unique situations.

The revolutionary design takes into consideration the tasks of transportation and storage. The lightweight water filled road barriers weigh a mere 35kg when empty and have been designed with forklift transportation in mind, ingeniously featuring forklift guides at the base of each barrier, with six barriers fitting to a single pallet, a feature that also allows for easier storage.

Despite being designed to act as a robust barrier, a single RB2000 barrier can be easily relocated by hand, requiring only two people to lift and relocate once emptied of water.

This is highly beneficial to those taking advantage of the interlocking hook and eye system as it allows for the barriers to be used for permanent and semi-permanent purposes.

The interlocking connections improve the options available to those using the barriers, increasing the number of ways they can be positioned. The RB2000 can be positioned at 25° angles that allow the barriers to transcend corners and uneven surfaces.

When filled, the barriers weigh an impressive 400kg guaranteeing more resistance and protection than many alternatives on the market. Capable of withstanding winds of up to 70mph, there are few scenarios that the incredibly durable barriers cannot function in.

The water filled barriers have passed a highly in-depth series of tests before being deemed fit for purpose. Focusing on the way the product reacts to MIRA wind tunnel tests, highlighting its ability to compete with the elements.

Though the RB2000 is a fantastic barrier capable of resisting harsh weather conditions, it is not as suited to highway usage as the RB22 water filled crash barrier.

Made from polythene, these water filled barriers are not only fantastic for their intended purposes, but they're also fantastic for the environment as they are recyclable!

Available for purchase and hire, the water filled barriers are sold individually with the cost listed accounting for one barrier. Additional extensions and end stops are also sold individually, with galvanised and powder coat options available for extensions.
