This heavy-duty ballast system has two block trays, one at the rear of the tray, which is 1.5m back from the base of the panel. The forward tray is adjustable so that you can move it closer to the base of the panel or further back to the rear block tray as required. The two-tray system gives you more flexibility and means that you can better deal with the gradient of the land as you erect your temporary fencing system. These block trays are made from mild steel and painted black to give a good visual effect for a relatively cheap price.

The stabilising arm (Galvanised - 2.7m Long) connects to the top coupler (fence clip), which joins the portable hoarding panels together, approximately 2/3rds of the way up the panels. This stabilisation arm slopes down and joins to the rear block tray that is fixed 1.5m back from the base of the hoarding panels. This angle maximises the strength of the heavy-duty ballast system although it can be moved closer, making the angle for the stabilising arm steeper, if required.

The heavy-duty ballast system also includes an anti-trip foot at the front, which incorporates an anti-lift bracket. This gives you a three in one piece of kit, it acts as the fence foot for the hoarding panels, so there is no need to purchase any additional items for the panels to sit in. It also connects directly to the block tray system and locks it in place. Finally, it incorporates an anti-lift bracket. This works by connecting the anti-trip foot to the panels, using the lower coupler connecting the panels together. The coupler slots through the anti-lift bracket on the foot, when the coupler is then tightened, to join the two panels together, the whole system is locked as one unit. This means that the hoarding panels can then not be removed from the fence feet. This makes the hoarding system more safe and secure.
