Our Bunded Oil Tanks are an oil and HVO fuel storage solution used in commercial, domestic and agricultural environments. Both premium quality mild steel and UV stabilised recyclable plastic bunded oil tanks are available to prevent oil wastage and contamination – leaks and spillages are contained with the bunded layer.
Bunded Oil Tanks can be supplied up to 15,000 Litres and meet UK storage regulations.

Bunded Oil Tanks have been designed with a secondary containment system – it has an outer tank (also known as a bund) which encompasses the main tank. This design is popular to mitigate the spillage of oil and fuels as well as preventing ground contamination ensuring oil is stored securely within the primary tank. Our Bunded Tanks have a minimum 110% bund capacity to comply with UK regulations.
As well as oil, these Bunded Oil Tanks are also compatible with HVO Fuel and HVO kerosene blends.
Tanks are weatherproof and have a serviceable life expectancy in excess of 30 years with regular maintenance.
Bunded Oil Tanks are a safe and environmentally friendly solution to oil storage than a Single Skin Oil Tank because of this design and construction.

Our Bunded Oil Tanks are available with some optional extras:
- Electronic Watchman Sonic Gauge – oil level sensor to remotely monitor the fuel levels of your tank.
- Top Outlet – 10mm top outlet used for installation where oil must be drawn from the top of the tank. This tank is calibrated for anti-siphon protection up to a height of 1.6m as standard.
Bunded Oil Tanks are required in certain situations when storing oil on a property in England and these requirements are outlined in The Control of Pollution (Oil Storage) (England) Regulations 2001. This includes stipulations such as all Steel and Plastic Oil Tanks with a capacity of more than 3500 Litres having to be bunded. Oil Tanks must be bunded in areas where spills risk contaminating surface and groundwater.
All Bunded Oil Tanks come with a 10-year guarantee when registered – we recommend regular maintenance of your oil tanks to extend its lifespan.
