The Echo Barrier Generator Enclosure is a generator acoustic enclosure designed for small generators and temporary site power units. It helps contractors control generator noise on construction, utility and maintenance sites where surrounding workers, pedestrians or nearby buildings may be affected by excess sound.
Its lightweight foldable aluminium frame supports fast setup, easy repositioning and straightforward storage between jobs. The enclosure can be configured as a screen, partially enclosed or fully enclosed depending on the site layout and access needed, making it a practical solution for changing work areas.

The generator enclosure consists of a lightweight aluminum frame with 2 equal parts and acoustic barriers – 1 roof section and 2 side sections. Put together the frame houses the generators inside, hiding them both visually and sonically.
The acoustic barrier components consist of 3 layers. The outside waterproof PVC layer has the most mass that allows for maximum noise mitigation whilst displaying a splendid visual. The middle layer is a noise-absorbent composite that is both lightweight and highly effective at noise absorption. The third layer is a waterproof breathable membrane that lets in sound to be absorbed by the middle layer composite whilst keeping water out.
These components are also fire, water, dust and weather resistant, operating well even in extreme temperatures from -40° F to 158° F. The UV resistance allows the enclosure to keep its brilliant visual without diminishing performance.
