Fork Extensions (Max Fork 100 x 50)

With a tip thickness of 4mm, these easy to fit heel pin forklift extensions are extremely durable and fit for almost all forklift lifting purposes. They are also manufactured here in the Ireland meaning that you can trust that the quality of the forklift extensions that we supply are second to none. 

Using Fork Extensions:

• Position forks to desired distance apart.
• Remove fork pocket heel pins from extensions
• Drive forks into the fork extensions.
• Insert fork pocket heel pins directly behind the heel of the fork and attach safety lynch pin into the holes provided.

Maintenance:

• Should be inspected weekly for general condition with attention paid to all weld points and wear & tear distortion of extensions and heel pin attachments.
• Damage or failure must be reported and rectified immediately prior to re-use.
• Surface rusting in critical areas should be treated with proprietary inhibitors, primers and paint on regular basis.
