Consisting of 5 components that create the whole system the portable fall arrest system is easy to use and provides a safe working environment for workers at height.
3m Fall Protection Post
A 3-metre post that holds the adjustable anchor for the fall arrest system. A strong solid post that holds the whole frame this 3m fall protection post is certified to EN 795:2012 standards and allows workers to work from height without the need of a crane. Weighing only 81KG the post consists of a 3m post and a circular steel plate base with a 1320mm diameter. Comes with 6 M20 bolts.
Fall Protection Harness
A harness used with the fall protection system that protects workers when working at height. Made from polyester this fall protection harness comes with a dorsal attachment D ring and 2 adjustment buckles for shoulders and thighs. Conforms to EN 361:2002.
450mm Harness Lengthener
A 450mm harness lengthener with a steel scaffold hook at one end that fixes to the dorsal D ring of the harness, allowing the operator to safely change their anchoring points comfortably. Breaking strength: 22kN. EN 354:2002 certified.
Fall Arrest System Hook
This Fall Arrest System Hook is used in conjunction with the fall arrest system. Designed to bring the main fall arrest system pole closer to the operator when changing over anchoring points this metal hook is 2.85m in length with a great reach for changing anchor points. Weight 1.6KG Product Dimensions: 140 x 2850mm
Fall Arrest Block
A highly durable fall arrest block that provides stable fall protection for users in a fall arrest system. This 6-metre fall arrest block is made of 5mm galvanised steel and allows users to work safely at height. The fall arrest block comes with a self-retracting lifeline and a self-locking snap hook that swivels to allow the block to avoid twisting.
With a weight capacity of 141KG, the fall arrest blocks hold workers adequately and securely. The top snap hook connects to an anchorage point and can swivel easily to avoid causing any torsion in the lifeline, while the thermoplastic casing is lightweight, yet durable. With its smart speed sending brake system, the fall arrest block quickly reacts to any fall and swiftly brakes the workers from falling in height, reducing damage.
