Each Fire Point RAMS Board is able to hold fire extinguishers of any type up to 9kg or 9 Litres – we supply a range of Fire Safety equipment from Fire Extinguishers to Alarm Systems to Storage Cabinets and Trolleys.
These RAMS Boards are ideal for use in situations and locations that require temporary fire safety equipment such as construction sites or short-term events.

Automated Wireless Fire Alarm System:
- Functionality: The automated system operates without direct human intervention upon detecting signs of fire. It includes sensors, such as smoke and heat detectors, that are integrated into the system. Once these sensors detect the presence of smoke or a rise in temperature, they automatically trigger the alarm.
- Activation: This system works via radio connectivity among its units. When one unit detects a fire hazard, it activates all connected units within the network simultaneously. This swift response ensures prompt alerting of occupants across various areas within a building or site.
- Purpose: It's designed to detect fires at their earliest stages, even before they become visible or widespread, enabling a quick response to mitigate the risk.
Manual Fire Alarm System:
- Functionality: The manual alarm system relies on human intervention. It includes an alarm button that needs to be physically pressed by an individual upon spotting a fire or suspecting a fire hazard.
- Activation: Unlike the automated system, which triggers based on sensors, this system's alarm is activated explicitly when someone presses the alarm button. This action is crucial for alerting occupants to the imminent danger.
- Purpose: The manual alarm serves as a backup or supplementary measure, ensuring that if the automated system fails to detect a fire for any reason or if there's a need for immediate action without waiting for automated detection, occupants can initiate the alarm themselves.
